The update 0.13.0 of the client, the first implementation of Evolution, according to the roadmap, proposes the improvement and modifications of two of the transfer options characteristic of Dash: PrivatedSend and InstantSend. According to official information, the update of the network automates simple transactions using instant dispatch (InstantSend), at the same time eliminating the extra commission charged by network masters for these operations, which they represent represent 90% of the network transactions.
